Sethi, Gope come to Orissa`s rescue

Rajesh Sethy and Ansuman Gope scored a half-century each to help Orissa overcome a disastrous start to reach 190 for four at close on second day of their four-day East Zone C K Nayudu under-22 cricket match against Jharkhand at Nimpur ground in Cuttack today. In reply to Jharkhand`s first innings total of 314, Orissa were tottering at 49 for three before a 107-run partnership for the fourth wicket between Sethi (batting 84) and Gope (60) helped them stem the rot. Eearlier, resuming at the overnight score of 248 for six, Jharkhand added 66 runs before being all out in 112.2 overs.
